RBR Therapy – Terms & Conditions for Massage Bookings

1. Booking & Confirmation

All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, phone, or email.

Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from RBR Therapy.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours or “no-shows” will incur loss of deposit and possible full session fee.

RBR Therapy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or emergencies, and will notify clients as soon as possible.

3. Payment

Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Payment can be made via the booking platform, cash, or approved card methods.

Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings are honored at the quoted rate.

4. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or medications prior to the session.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment.

RBR Therapy reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if it is deemed unsafe due to medical conditions, injury, or other factors.

Pregnant clients must inform the therapist prior to booking. No treatment during 1st trimester.

5. Professional & Ethical Conduct

All therapists are qualified and licensed to provide remedial massage therapy in accordance with professional standards.

RBR Therapy adheres to strict ethical guidelines, including client confidentiality, informed consent, and professional boundaries.

Any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct by clients will result in immediate termination of the session and possible refusal of future bookings. No refunds will be given.

6. Liability

RBR Therapy is not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or adverse reactions to treatment.

Clients accept responsibility for their own health and wellbeing during and after the session.

Personal belongings should be kept secure; RBR Therapy is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

7. Refunds

Refunds are not offered for missed appointments, late cancellations, or partial attendance.

If a session is cancelled by RBR Therapy, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information is collected and stored securely in accordance with privacy laws.

Personal health information is only used for treatment purposes and will not be shared without consent.

9. Consent

By booking a session, clients acknowledge and consent to receiving massage therapy from RBR Therapy.

Clients understand the nature of the treatment, including techniques, benefits, and potential risks, and accept these terms.
